Property details emailed to me - great, because I never forget my phone. Free parking nearby, wow, I do love a good walking exercise. Brougham Castle is just 19 km away, so convenient for all my castle-hopping needs.
Couldn't find the property easily, but hey, who needs clear directions? Not me, that's for sure.

The location of this place was absolutely mind-blowing! The property itself was beautiful, and the views of the surrounding area were breathtaking. I loved the seating area outside, especially in the mornings when the sun was shining. It was super private, even though there were other cottages on the site. Plus, they had free parking, cots available, and even allowed pets. And the best part? No smoking on site. Absolutely jaw-dropping!

The heating in the property was initially a problem, but it was resolved the following morning.

During our stay in mid-July, the heating was constantly turned on, making the property uncomfortably hot. the inability to turn off the radiator in the bathroom exacerbated the issue.
